Recommendations & Disclaimers
Our recommendations when painting your Snacker Lacquer polish:
- Use a base coat to protect your nails and to prevent any possible staining. Optional: Use a peel-off base coat for any polish with chunky glitter for ease of removal.
- Apply 2-3 coats of polish over a base coat. The amount of polish coats needed depends on the formula of polish and one's application preference.
- Optional: When using a magnetic polish, use the magnet of choice right after the 2nd or 3rd coat on each individual nail. Move on to the next nail and repeat the process.
- Wait for polish to dry for at least 1-2 minutes before applying a topcoat. We highly recommend wearing a topcoat with every Snacker Lacquer polish.
- Optional: Apply drying oil drops (when using non-magnetic nail polish) to speed up the polish-drying process.
Our disclaimers:
- Snacker Lacquer nail polish may start to change slightly after 36 months after opening. This is due to the way the polish may be stored and the nature of certain special pigments. Magnetic, thermal, solar, and glow in the dark polishes will decrease their special-effectiveness year after year. Certain pigments may change their color slightly if the polish is stored in direct sunlight or in extreme heat conditions. We advise that you always store your Snacker Lacquer polishes out of direct sunlight.
- The labels on the bottom of each nail polish bottle that include the polish name and the collection name, are not waterproof labels. If water comes in contact with the label, it may smudge or wear off completely. The same goes for any of our small circular labels on the caps of any special-effect polishes. (Example: the magnet symbol or thermal label). The gold stickers and ink are also not waterproof, so please be careful when handling your Snacker Lacquer polishes.
