FAQ
How long will it take to fulfill my order?
Our goal is to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. No later that 7 business days. Note: This does not apply to pre-orders.
What shipping carriers are available to choose from?
USPS Ground Advantage is the only shipping option available.
How is the shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost is calculated by USPS and varies depending on the following: size of the package, weight of the package, and the shipping distance from our location in Michigan, USA.
How long will it take to receive my package from USPS?
All of our orders have to be shipped via Ground Advantage, which means it could take longer that normal to receive your order. Once we ship out the package, it is in USPS's hands and could take up to two weeks, give or take. Please check your tracking number provided with updates.
When do you restock polishes?
We have no set schedule to restock certain polishes. We will give updates on our Instagram and will send out emails when we do.
What does (SB) mean?
The abbreviation (SB) listed next to a polish/collection stands for "small batch." These items will not be restocked due to certain pigments not being easily available.
How do I know if a polish/collection is Limited Edition?
If a certain shade of polish or a group of polishes in a collection is available for a limited time, we will clearly state that in the description of the polish/collection.
Where do I find the ingredients list?
Each product page will have the ingredients listed for that individual product.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. We would love to ship worldwide in the future!
Do you have physical store location? Can I pick up my order?
We only sell our products online and only through this website. If you live in the area and would rather pick up your order, please order online and then email info@shopsnackerlacquer.com to request for pick up.
Will you restock a limited edition polish/collection?
If wanted by popular demand, we will restock limited edition polishes/collections. There is no guarantee we will.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, as long as the order has not shipped at the time of the cancelation request.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
What do I do if my polish arrived broken?
We strive to package our products as secure as possible, but accidents happen in the delivery process. Please contact our email below, provide a photo of your broken poilish, and we will make things right!
How do I know if a polish is thermal, magnetic, solar, etc?
If a Snacker Lacquer polish has a special effect to it, there will be a gold sticker on the top of the bottle's cap with a word or symbol for that specific effect.
I want to be a Snacker Lacquer swatcher. How do I apply?
Please email us with your request and we will send you our application form to fill out. Please note: We are currently looking for those with a deep skin tone. Also, while we are in the beginning stages of running this business, we are looking for those willing to accept free polish as payment.
